Congratulations Waterloo 617 On Monday June 19, 2000, I had the pleasure of being invited to attend #617 Waterloo Cadet Division's Annual Awards Nite and Enrolement Ceremony.  With a wonderful turnout of parents, Branch, Brigade and Adult Divisional membership, a very pleasant and rewarding night was had by all.  As your Provincial Cadet Officer, I would like to encourage you to continue your work with your Proficiency Badge Program and hope that some of your will be given the opportunity to travel to Toronto and meet our Lt. Governor in the near future.  I saw that some of your have reached your numerial 7 and should be able to complete your Grand Prior Badge requirements by next year!  I look forward to meeting some of you at R2K and wish you and your Officers all the best in the coming year.  Hope your Fund Raiser on July 8, 2000 at St. John House Kitchener is a greaet success!
